If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy regarding refunds & returns.

The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural form.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Company”  including references as “the company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this agreement – refers to RCK CANDLES

  • “Goods” refers to the items available for sale on the service 

  • “Service” refers to the website

  • “Orders” refers to the request made by you to purchase goods from us

  • “Website” refers to rckcandles.com.au, accessible from https://www.rckcandles.com.au/

  • “You”  refers to the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable 

  • “Your” is a possessive pronoun that refers to the individual that is responsible for the purchase of the goods that our service offers

Order Cancellation and Changes Policy

You are entitled to cancel or change your order, free of charge, only if you notify us within 48 hours of placing your order and before we have dispatched your order. After 48 hours and/or after dispatch, we can no longer guarantee your cancellation or change request.

If a change made to your order subsequently reduces your total cost, a refund will be made using your original payment method.

If a change made to your order subsequently increases your total cost, the additional costs will be charged to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

  • You were sent the wrong item

  • You were sent the wrong size

We can not offer you a refund or replacement if:

​

  • You change your mind once the item has been dispatched 

  • You don’t like the item

  • The item has a fault which you knew of before purchasing it

  • You have used the item

  • You have no proof of purchase

  • You misused the item causing it to become faulty or damaged

Additionally, due to our product incorporating natural sandstone, you acknowledge that

​

  • Your sandstone candle will not match the one/s shown by our photos - there are no two candles that look the same

  • The stone is porous and may have small inconsistencies across its surface or edges 

​

And therefore, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for these reasons.
